Note: "Indigenous Participant" refers to individuals belonging to an Indigenous people or nation, self-identified and/or recognized by their community.

If you are coming to New York for the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, will the organization sponsoring your travel also be able to support your stay if you remain in the city for the Summit? This is a self-funded summit, and we are unfortunately not able to cover airfare to New York, but may be able to assist with up to two additional nights of lodging for those already in the city.
